Susan Stahlman, MEd, LPC-S, NCC
Susan obtained a Masters of Science degree in Counseling at Texas A&M University-Commerce in 2011 and a Masters of Art degree in Educational Administration in 2009 from Lamar University. She is licensed to professionally counsel in Texas under License #70804.

Because of her 35+ years experience as a teacher and school counselor, Susan confidently treats children and adolescents dealing with issues such as divorce, self esteem, anger management, school stress, behavioral problems, and academic struggles. Susan also works with adults dealing with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, anger management, and goal setting.

Susan's therapeutic style is eclectic, consisting of family systems, EMDR, CBT, and DBT. She uses play therapy, art, sand tray and therapeutic communication to help her clients achieve their goals.

It is important to note that there may be additional costs associated with counseling, including Missed Appointment Fees and Court Costs. A missed appointment fee of $75 will be charged if an appointment is not cancelled within 24 hours. Furthermore, court fees start at a minimum of $1200 and may be subject to increase based on individual needs. We kindly request you to refer to the Informed Consent for further details regarding payments and fees.
